Riverfest is one of our absolute favorite events to attend every year! Held right by the sea, this incredible festival is always bustling with energy, music, entertainment, and endless family fun. It’s one of those events where the atmosphere is electric, and our face painting stall is non-stop from start to finish!

At Riverfest, we have one of our longest queues of the year, with some parents telling us they’ve waited over two and a half hours to get their child’s face painted! We’re always honored to be in such high demand, and we do everything we can to make sure everyone leaves with a smile and a fantastic design!

• We create a simplified face painting board featuring our most popular, high-impact designs that are quick but still magical!

• This allows us to speed up painting times while still ensuring everyone gets a beautiful, detailed look.

• Keeping a balance between creativity and efficiency helps us avoid a queue war!

Managing Our Longest Queue of the Year

• With so many people waiting, it’s important to keep things organized and fair.

• If possible, we assign a queue manager to help with time estimates and ensure smooth crowd flow.

• Parents appreciate knowing how long the wait is, and a well-managed queue keeps everyone happy!

Hydration & Energy Boosts

• Working at such a high-energy event means we have to stay fueled and hydrated!

• Taking quick water breaks and having snacks nearby helps us keep up our stamina all day long.

• We always check in with our team to make sure everyone is feeling good and energized.
